Original member of the founder team wich opened the second Grissini
Restaurant in the world (first Honk Kong). Duties were coaching, training
and analyzing the progress of each individual, as well as setting
and mantaining high standards of performance and ensuring the ability
of the team to operate efficiently. Cross training was received on
the varied cuisins of the two restaurants in the hotel, "The Rib Room"
(Hyatt´s english restaurant) and "The Chinoiserie" (Hyatt´s brasserie)
in order to have a good understanding of the company´s catering policy.
